- Remove dust using a soft brush made for velvet, brushing in the direction of the nap.
- For liquid stains, blot immediately with a dry cloth; for severe stains use a cleaner made specifically for the material.
- When storing, maintain the shoe’s shape so the ribbon doesn’t get pulled or twisted.
- Avoid washing or strong rubbing; if the shape is distorted, gently reshape by hand.
- The insole is not washable—use a deodorizer or a dedicated cleaner for maintenance.
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
- Due to production processes, dark colors may transfer dye onto the outsole; this is not considered a defect.
